She looks gorgeous! ^.^ Β I'm probably the only teenager in the world who likes this show now; the true fanbase that grew up with it is now in college or older. Β I discovered this show two years ago, right before ducking Nick took it off the air. Β It hurts to realize you're in a dying fandom, and it hurts even more to know I'll officially be a year older than them in sixteen days. Β Pictures like yours, of one of my fav characters, really speaks to me, even if I'm seven years late, and you probably couldn't care less now.

Yeah, it might have been cool to see a ghost Sam but I guess we'll just have to dream. Well, we got to see her as a dragon and a vegetable queen so we can't be too disappointed.

I think Sam got her powers by going swimming too soon after eating or maybe from drinking coke and eating Pop Rocks. Wait! I heard she was bitten by a radioactive.....Naw that's not right....

Hi Steve, Thanks, I'm glad you like her. Sam has always been good to me. Many of my pics will go completely unnoticed, but Sam is always a fan favorite. I'm sure that has more to do with everyone's love for the show, but I don't mind getting alittle of the residual love.

You did a pretty good design with Sam here Charlie, anything its nice to see you when you do make something more than a original. Knowing your artwork probably would land you on the the DA articles again for your work.
The picture is perfect as can be lad, getting the ghost energy around her hand and even the styling of her own suit lad, very well done!
By the way like how you redesigned her hair and body for this one lad, she looks a little more lifelike now. ^_^

Okay Tyler, are we looking at the same picture? Don't get me wrong, I like this pic. I just think it looks like the original Sam. I changed everything; the eyes, the lips, the hair and of course the boobs. But, when you put it all together it screams cartoon clone. I don't know, maybe its just me being negative. People seem to like it. (Though it is getting out faved by my original pic of Sam at least 5 to 1 and that pic has been around forever.) So I should be happy. And I guess, truthfully I am.
It funny you should say you like the outfit. When I was sketching it, at first I had straps and flowing lace and a more gothie look. I decided right before I was going to ink it that both Danny and Dani have very simple outfits and Sam should have the same. A few people have told me that I got it just right. Funny since it was literally a last minute decision.
So, thank you Tyler. I don't feel a pic is done until I've heard from Timmy two two. I value your opinion so much. Thank you for always being a good friend and a compatroit in art.

Are you fricking kidding me man? You got DarkDP commmenting you on the awesome work on Sam here, he's thew most famous DP artist on the net! You ought to be more happy with it lad, anything don't even know why your pulling yourself down, gotta look at the big picture, bloody hell!
Last minute or not lad you pull a rabbit out of the hat just when you need to. Just like before when you added those flowers or whatnot to the dress for the girl, anything lad you work good under pressure, lol. Glad you made the choice too lad, simple is so easy it hurts eh?
Bleh you never needed me lad your artwork was always good and you know it. Glad to be of service to a deviant of your magnitude lad, and a compatriot? Never been called that before, lol.

Yeah, that was very cool getting a comment from DarkDP. He does some real good work. He does follow the script pretty closely also when designing his character. Maybe that is why he noticed this pic over all the other DP picks I've done.
And as for that uniform decision. I think it was the right one. Many times simpler is better. And I think it gave her a very clean look.

Of course lad, don't think for a second your own style of DP ladies are anything less than spectacular man! Hell you got one of yours featured on the DA event, now if that isn't impressive lad I don't know what is, lol.
Clean and simple can do a number of things and oddly enough the most stressful thing we can ever imagine, lol.

Hi RT, Thank you very much. I'm glad you like it. I always try to change up my fanart so that it looks different than the original but, I want it to be instantly recognizable as that character. I changed everything in this pic: the hair, the lips, the eyes, the figure. But when I look at it I see B Hartman's version staring back at me. That's not necessarily I bad thing, I love the look of his Sam. That's why I have more pics of her than anyone else in my gallery. Again, thanks alot for the great comment.

Stop staring at Butch's Samantha! It's getting burned into the back of your eyeballs! Everything about your Sam is distinctly different ( well ok, I concede the similar invisibly connnected ponytail). But otherwise, you've drawn a wonderful version of Ms. Manson and I hope you plan to color it!

Hi DDP, Thanks for commenting. When this was requested, I realized that I don't remember ever seeing anyone draw a picture of Sam in ghost form. That is really surprising when you think of the amount of Sam art that gets posted everyday. I'm sure it has been done thousands of times. Just don't remember seeing any. Tanks again.

Hi Gary, Glad you like it. While I like the way this looks, I can't believe how much it looks like the original Sam design. The hair is different, the lips are fuller, the eyes are a different shape with more detail and she's got boobies. You put those all together and this pic scream Butch Hartman. How did that happen? Oh well, I still like it anyway and I'm glad you do too.

Thanks Warren, Thank you very much. The "rack" was copied from DP episode 89. "Sam's Implant Adventures". It was classic Danny Phantom. The scene in which Tucker gets stuck in the bra of B-o-o-o-berella is not to be missed.

My favorite part? When Maddie went up against B-o-o-o-berella. Thankfully, her hazmat suit wasn't elastic.

Hi Super Cool, Glad you like it. I have to agree with you on the costume. I started out fiddling around with thick black eye liner and more of a wispy flowing design for the suit. Then I thought how simple Danny's outfit is and decided that was the way to go. It always great to hear from you. Take care.

Heavy eyeliner on a black and white drawing tends to make the figure look sunken-eyed rather than gothic in my opinion, so I think you did very well with this pic. She looks completely healthy. xD
