I really like the contrast in the dark colours of her outfit and the background, and the brightness that really makes her power pop on the pages.

Well this is different for you. A rather muscular girl. Out side of some sketches you did of the Rose Knights I don't remember a full color girl with her tone. Still I like it especially for the action pose.

think her left leg (viewers right) should be more towards the background, since shes leaning forward there would need to be something to balance her i.e stable footing. myself is still learning dynamics, key to it is to make an balanced pose than exaggerate it if that makes sense to you

the character was ordered to be wearing dark colors, i decided to use green because i personally think glowing green is a holy color for me. =] and then the dark background to support the glowing effects.

It is a holy color - associated with healing in some cases ^^ I love it - your drawings always look neat.
