This is entry number two for 's contest.
It was to make a baby form of an existing pokemon.

Meet Kowlik, the baby form of Baffuron. Since Baffuron was based on a Buffalo and an Affro, I decided to stick with the hair theme

NAME: Kowlik
SPECIES: The Stylish Pokemon
TYPE:
ABILITY: Herbivore
HEIGHT: 3 ft.
WEIGHT: 96 lbs
POKEDEX: Kowlik are usually sought after as pets. However, it is truly at home in the wild where it can run with it's herd in freedom. Keeping a Kowlik in cramped closed in spaces for too long will cause the cowlicks in it's hair to droop.
HOW TO OBTAIN: Breed a Baffuron while holding Mysterious Hairgel.
EVOLUTION: Kowlik
