Bio: Captain Ulysses Blackscale was a Draconian, a race of sentient, human sized dragons, raised on the high seas by a human father. His father, Elijah Deacon, was a Hoarder, a sailor who hunted dragons for their hoards. Ulysses eventually took over his father's ship, The Draco's Prestige, and took up the grisly banner of hunting dragons. Ulysses' eyes eventually got too big for his stomach, as he set his sights on Suverian, the legendary shadow dragon, a monster so vast, he flew threw the voids of space between planets. The beast proved too much for Ulysses, and destroyed his ship, killed his crew, and permantly disfigured Ulysses, but Ulysses managed to take a single fang from the dragon's maw. His wings too damaged to be saved, had to be removed. Ulysses made up for it by having his eye be replaced by an enchanted emerald that acted as a sensor for valuable loot. He fashioned Suverian's fang into a crude ivory cutlass. After recovering, Ulysses traveled across the world, and even space and time, looking for a new purpose, becoming a pirate, a space pirate, and finding his way to Shoal Water in the 1960s, where he became a supervillain. Ulysses, though, was too slippery to get caught, given his innate magic resistance to Jameson. Eventually, Ulysses gave up the Supervillain game and took over a former Chimera sea base, turning it into a black market port and dodging international law. Ulysses, due to dragon's seemingly infinite lifespan, has lived for millions of years, hopping back and forth across the timeline via wormholes, but despite his age, has never lost his hunger for gold. People argue whether his current occupation is his retirement, or merely a hiatus from piracy and thievery.
