It's the Playstation 3 XMB wave from the newer firmwares^^ (3.0)I liked the sparkle from the new XMB waves so I've captured it with my HDMI grabber and colourized it on PC. It has a near invisible loop.^^
This one is red and now in full hd (1080p)

This video is a special converted mpeg file. It uses very less cpu (cpu usage: 5%), so it is perfect for using as animated background like windows dreamscene.

update: I have found a solution to increase the framerate. No lags anymore!
