Mr. Cake the Pony (from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic) is voiced by Brian Drummond, the same guy who voices Larry Lambeosaurus the Lambeosaurus lambei (from Dinosaur Train).

I tell you, Brian is one of the best voice actors ever. You all must know him from quite a few other animated roles (both anime and non-anime). While Mr. Cake is as serious as his wife (Mrs. Cake), Larry is more of a very sociable, loud and hungry Hadrosaur that sounds like a combination of Robin Williams and Homer Simpson to me. Brian has a few other minor roles on FIM. He also does a few other roles on DT, such as Alvin Allosaurus the Allosaurus fragilis and Apollo Apatosaurus the Apatosaurus louisae.

By the way, Brian works on DT with his kids Aidan (the voice of Truman Triceratops the Triceratops horridus) and Brynna (the voice of Daphne Daspletosaurus the Daspletosaurus torosus), just like how Claire Corlett is working with her brother and dad on the same show.
