Description
Mane-iac the Pony (from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic) is voiced Ellen Kennedy, the same woman who voices Mrs. Pteranodon the Pteranodon longiceps (from Dinosaur Train).
While Mane-iac is an evil comic book villain, Mrs. Pteranodon is a friendly and welcoming mother/stepmother (since she has three of her own children and a 4th one being adopted).
Ellen has only appeared on FIM in the episode "Power Ponies". On DT, however, Mrs. Pteranodon is a main character (Ellen has also done a few minor roles on DT as well).
Ellen, if you see this, I just want to say that you've got great talent.
NOTE: I gave Mrs. Pteranodon a slightly different appearance to make her look more like an actual female Pteranodon.
PS: This pic was partly done by request someone gave me. I hesitated beforehand. The reason why I hesitated shortly was because I'm now a former brony.

Since I've never seen The Powerpuff Girls, I'll take your word for it.
Sedusa/Medusa... makes sense... Her crazy mane did also make me think of Medusa of Greek mytholygy. Maybe her special power should've been turning ponies to stone.
