I'm sure I'd create something as beautiful as yours one day, all I need is a bit more pratice. <3 I really enjoy the girl too, she's beautiful. I'll pratice to draw a OC like her one day. I don't always give critiques, but when I do, it's this sort of thing.
I'd say I admit that I'm more focused on the dress than the surroundings she walks with and how she moves along the ruins like a dignified lady. The dress is pretty captivating, red is very captivating, but it, along with the hair needs more flow and dynamics. But it's a pretty dress, and it matches with the lighting and the scenery.
The old-timey ruins and statues kinda make out a good impression on the scenery. A good adjustment here is the lighting and the blending of colours, especially on the covering plants.
All in all, it gives an impression of a time gone by as the lady in red walks down on memory lane, contemplating on the statues faded by weather and nature, and walking to an unknown future.

I agree in a lot of things but I believe that should have been a 5 star on the technique. Wesley is one of the most complete artists I know and he has massive technique skills!
