Unfortunately I have no idea. I was contacted by the editor to provide the cover but had no involvement with the actual production. you could try contacting Beermat Productions on Facebook, they were the ones that put the book together.

I've not seen it yet, Im a bit strapped for cash at the moment as I've bought a new computer and got a Matt Smith purple coat on order!!
