After 4 hours, I can hardly see my mistakes anymore, so I figured I'd just post this. Although I'm happy with it so far, my portrait doesn't look enough like the photo to satisfy me... So critiques are more than welcome!
I love Audrey Hepburn. She's got such a unique style.

The eyes, nose and mouth are very well done and volumetric, the ears need more work they still look a bit plain and less realist than the other parts. And i agree the neck looks a bit long. But still is a great painting! keep it up!

The only thing I'd have to say is the neck looks a little long, but not by much. But her face is pretty much the exact same as in the picture!! You did a really good job with this and digital black and white looks awesome!! Great picture all together

Personally I like this more than a photo-realistic drawing, how it's really realistic while still you can tell it's a drawing. I love how you made the hair! The back of the neck looks a bit strange, though.. I think it curves too much; it may need to be a bit straighter. Also (little thing, no biggie) you may want to put several other tones in the eyebrow. It seems to be mostly one shade.

Great work! It almost looks like a pencil sketch until you take a closer look. Personally, I would add some shiny bits to the eyes to make them stand out more, but still, this is great work!
