Got Spider-Man 3 the other day, and I felt it was time for a new bit. Batman and Spider-Man have crossed over at least twice, and neither story did the characters any real justice as far as I'm concerned.
Notice the arrangement of his teeth.

well batman now has superpowers so long as your a good person he won't harm you and he keeps you safe. And if he has the urge to eat brains he will eat the bad guys brains hence no more bad guys. it is a win win situation for the safety of normal people.

Until he runs out of evil brains to eat. The Batman of Earth-43 faced this problem when he became a vampire. He killed and drained every scumbag in Gotham until he was staring down the business end of a stake in a team-up between Two-Face/Killer Croc and Gordon/Alfred. Alfred sacrificed himself to Batman when Dent and Croc double-crossed them. Consider it, the blood of a good man. After that, Bats knew he could never settle for anything less, and in the end took his last step into the light.
I imagine if Batman didn't shake off the Venom symbiote soon enough, he'd be faced with a choice like that. And since he and Spider-Man are on more or less the same code of ethics, I think he'd probably try to ditch the thing as early as possible.

And that kids is why we don't have symbiotes in the DC universe cause if we did the whole Universe would be doomed.....
