I talk in hyperbole, but it goes in four stages. Although if a vampire doesn't feed for too long they often go insane... says the lore. There are different forms of vampirism, but they're all kinda the same besides the look? The vampirism that this guy has progresses like this in the four stages

They don't look nearly as bad in Skyrim - they look a helluva lot cooler - but like... in Oblivion I feel like vampires are little more interesting? Although I suppose it has to do with that strand of vampirism....

Wyatt's a hardcore tsundere who starts the story out as a hot mess of anger and toxic masculinity. Then he gets rescued by Nole who is Perfect and has his life together and he falls in love except Nole is Straight which Dalton already discovered because HE was in love with Nole at some point but again, Nole is Straight. So Wyatt and Dalton bond over their mutual crushing on Nole and decide they should just date instead.
Also it's set in post apocalyptic America and they have superpowers. Except for Dalton he's just a human. He's a genius though which makes up for it.
Brooke works for the villains at the start cuz they're helping her with her powers (mind manipulation stuff- super dangerous and scary. Really easy to Fuck People Up. Which she does to Wyatt accidentally later and that causes some Issues lmao) She and Nole start meeting in secret and she basically acts as a spy for them until things start getting dangerous and she escapes to their base. That pisses off the daughter of the main villain, who wanted to be Gal Pals with Brooke. So she uses her persuasion powers to try and get Dalty to kill himself cuz he kinda represents everything she's angry about (Brooke leaving her, her dad loving Dalton more than her which yeesh. Dalton hates you dude you literally killed off 80% of the population of America) And it almost works but Wyatt has insomnia and catches Dalton before he can seriously harm himself and there's a lot of panicked screaming from both him and Nole and they wake Brooke up so she can undo that pesky lil mind influence
Anyways I say its a cute story about loyalty and friendship but Dalton nearly kills himself, Wyatt gets kidnapped and tortured, Nole and Wyatt nearly drown buried in a collapsed underground tunnel, Brooke continually fucks up the people she loves, and Dalton kills someone. Fun times!
