...Is anyone else out there have the feeling they are being watched..Like..all the time in person?
This was a slight weird vent thing for me.
I HATE the feeling of people just staring me down and watching every thing I do..
It doesn't bother me much online, online I'm okay with people watching me animate or draw or talking to me, or watching my videos, etc...
But now in person.. I have someone who is constantly following me. Watching me. Seeing what I am doing. Trying to causally poke my shoulder. And that just scares the piss out of me. I hate when people try to watch what I do and stay on my case 24/7. IfeelkindabadsincethisguysaidhelikedmeandItoldhimtostopbuthedoesn'tthinkitsthatbigofadealgosh

I hate that feeling. I need my space. Go the frick away, okay....

I always feel this way...I thought it's because I'm the only insane asylum one here but then I found you who's had that same feeling my god I thought it wasn't normal ...well... For me ehhehhehhheh

sorry you have to deal with this. i know what it's like, and it's hell on earth.
the weird thing about me is that when i'm in front of an audience i'm fine (if i'm feeling mentally sound, that is), but when i'm going for a walk i can't stand it when passerby stare at me. i guess it's because it makes me feel like an object, and i automatically assume they're judging me.
i also really hate it when people watch me irl when i'm drawing. considering the subject matter, i'd prefer not to scar my family for life kthx... and i just can't concentrate while i'm being watched.
when you said this guy liked you, did you mean romantically or just that he thinks he's your friend?

I'm okay with being in front of a lot of people- ONLY if it's band related. I can play xylophone, bells, or drum, or whatever I have to play in a piece in front of hundreds of people. No problem. But if I have to give a speech or something and it's just me... I freak out and shake and it's just awful. xD I'm a terrible public speaker. And yea, I get what you mean when you're just walking and someone stares at you. I feel like I'm being judged by them, and I feel like such a hypocrite because of it, because I have the idea of "Oh I don't care what they think of me.. pssh... I just don't want them to hate me..."
My parents and friends and all know what I draw, and my dad had called me a "Morbid little bitch" because of it, which was pretty funny. But strangers looking at my stuff in person bothers me because I already have the reputation of being weird. (Mainly for picking up a mouse in 6th grade..)
I don't need to worsen that reputation for drawing demonic creatures and all of that...
He likes me romantically, and he's asked me out multiple times..Which I said no to all of them. He can't exactly take a hint and it makes me feel bad that I am making him feel bad.. if that makes sense.

yeah, same here. i don't call myself a hypocrite, but i do have that mentality and yet i can never manage to truly believe in it.
good luck with your reputation. if it helps, despite the dark content of you're work you're a cool, normal person to me. i've come across weirder.
i can't do much else besides telling you to get him to stay away from you and/or calling the cops, so good luck with that too. he may really like you, but that kind of creepy behavior is inexcusable.

He says he really likes me, and I am flattered and all.. But I've told him that I'm not interested and he still follows me around like a lost puppy. I move away from him, he just tries to get closer, I avoid him, he does everything to get near me to where I can't avoid him. He's too pushy in this sort of thing, and keeps saying stuff around the lines of, "You're just scared to do it because it's a new experience. If you try it, you'd like it, and I know you want to. I don't see what's so bad about it."

Oh god- I hate that!
Especially when they are by your desk just towering over you.. It's distracting..
Another thing is when someone comes up and does this.
"Hey you draw?"
"Yea...I try to.."
"Can you draw me?"
"..."
That also bothers me so much. xD

My classmates always ask me this stuff: "Why do you always draw ?" , "Can you teach me to draw ? "or like you said: "Can you draw me ?" ... It's really annoying.
