well making the armor is REALLY easy with trash can or sintra molding. if you want to get into metal working, it requires many more hours of work. I used 3mm sintra for this set. It is VERY easy to cut out, but when it comes to molding it all you need is an oven or a heat gun...preferably both. The hardest part is getting the chest plates formed to the correct shape so they are neither flat nor bent in weird shapes. me and a friend of mine have a special method for doing this.

Other than that, the rest requires patience. my guantlets and helmet are matte board scratch builds. you can find this info on mandalorian mercs or the dented helmet. they have all the templates for it so you just print them and cut them out
