Irma Pince, the librarian of Hogwart. Oh.... she just does't look the way I planned... well... and her right arm is kind of weird. Bah! I wanted her not to look like an old librarian cliché. That's why I did her hair this way. But, the glasses... oh, well, not my favourite to date...

Except for the solid white stripes that were in her hair this could have been a character sketch of my college American History Professor.

She looks like what I imagine Pansy will look like in 30 years.

Irma Pince is a witch (I verify with Wikipedia to be sure)

She even use some charms to punish students who doesn't behave in the books!

You got me confuse for a second!

Thanks for the comment!!!

You don't have to excuse yourself, she really could have been a squib. There so much information in the six books, we can't remember everything! And since I didn't do much research before drawing her... and you're right about Filch, definitely something going on here!

À voir son expression sur le visage, on dirait qu'elle vient de manger quelque chose qui a mauvais goût... Probablement un mauvais coup d'un des élèves ! hihi !

I like the way you did Irma. Strangely enough, our librarian at the school I teach at wore her hair the same way as you did Irma's. She looks like a stiff, strict librarian. Keep up the great work.

Oh, are you going to do the house ghosts too? Professor Binns needs some company...maybe Sir Nickolas, the Fat Friar, the Grey Lady, and the Bloody Baron (now he would be a challenge, I think).

Can't wait to see more from you.

Kay

That's funny !(your librarian I mean) hihihi

As for the ghost, yes, I will certainly do them. Not soon - I'm working on the Deatheater right now and try to finish the teachers - but they will come in a near futur.

Thanks for your comment by the way!

Wow, all of these are done so amazingly! You have an incredible amount of skill. I wish I had that kind of drive also . . . I tend to get tired of working on an idea after a week at the most, heh . . . Keep up the good work.

Thanks a lot!!
And for the drive... well, I was like you before in fact. Most of the time, I tired of a subject even before completing the picture. I don't know what really happen in my head some month ago. This challenge has yet to bored me! (well, I can't really say that all the teachers inspired me... ) but I keep doing them. I see it as a test of my will maybe. I certainly see it as a good way to learn new things. I'm in Student-mode today, I visited your gallery and envy the way your coloration look so smooth (the malfoys is superb!). I'll learn something from you. I think that's the real reason why I improved my work and doesn't failed my challenge is the simple existence of Deviantart; to see what others can do! wow! I wish to be as good as some of my favourite artist on this site, so, I need to draw, and draw, and draw some more... well, I'm babbling now... sorry..

Thanks again!
