Description
This is what i made up for LiveStreaming.[link] Only the first ~4 hours recorded. I painted from Sunday 22:00 to Monday 09:30, almost 12 hours with approx. 1 hour break overall.
When i looked at it my clearest thought was that i want to switch places with this guy - i'd really like to go somewhere without people, with a bunch of painting supplies and be completely alone. No dog barking, no neighbors hammering random stuff, no cars, no Ventrilo-ing brother, none of that. Just the sound of the wind and my paintbrush.

Wow-this is really beautiful! I wish I'd been able to see the stream, but my computer and internet seems to hate me watching streaming video-it does not cooperate x.x
The concept of this painting is really great-I can sense the quiet peacefulness in it. And yes-such a lovely thought of being somewhere like that, completely in the quiet-I'd love to find such a place as well-nothing there but the peace and beauty of nature and perhaps a good pen and lots of notebooks so I could finally get some serious writing done on my novel~

Absolutely beautiful, I love how the dragon looks as if it is quite enjoying being painted. I do kind of get what you mean by wanting to be away from everything.
There's a few options I can think of, some of which probably aren't feasible
You could perhaps have a poke around Google earth to see if there are any nice calm areas nearby, if your area has that luxury o.O Otherwise, perhaps a set of good noise-canceling headphones, with a soundtrack of sea or wind breezing past. Or perhaps just good old earplugs *chuckles*

I've tried earplugs, they almost don't decrease noise at all. And i'm too poor to travel and stay there, wherever that perfect place would be. :L

That's a pity, though some earplugs are better than others ;p The high-density foam ones that you roll and compress then slide into your ear, where they expand and fit snugly work very nicely, it sees to drown out most of the environmental hum and dims sound by quite a bit. You'll usually find a small selection at the local pharmacy~
As for travel, sometimes a 10-15km cycle out to somewhere close by and away from people could be a nice place to replax, I've been scouting a few areas near home that I can go to on clear starry nights

*cough* Anyway, i'd like to be away from people for at least a week, and a month or two would be heavenly. I think for that i'd need to rent or make a hut, lol
And since every darn place is someone's property nowadays, i'd need permission too. Earplugs are not so great because they shut out the sounds i like hearing too (wind, birds, bugs, painting, etc). I wanna be a heeermit

Unfortunately no, just a clawful of PHP and some other back-end languages, I have no eye for visual design-related coding at all *chuckles*
I hope you do manage a little trip away for yourself at some point, it's nice to just get away from all the noise and distractions for a while~ Perhaps look into camping, bringing only what you need to be reasonably comfortable, perhaps with some sort of convenience store nearby to replace used food from. I get what you mean with earplugs, they are really only useful if you want to block out noises people typically make, nature is what we really prefer to hear
Luckily, for us here in Scotland, we have something called the Freedom to roam , even if it is across land owned by someone else. As long as we adhere to the Country Code (Also known as Common Sense), and that we don't interfere with someones property or land. For me, it's pretty much a case of "'Oh look at this big open field/forest in Google earth' *taps in coordinates on the gps to cycle there later*"

Hmm, I do have a technical eye for basic troubleshooting of code for languages in general. There could be something easily-spottable wrong, feel free to drop me a note containing the code, what is supposed to happen, what actually happens and any errors that are spit out when trying to run/compile it. I'll see if anything jumps out o.O
I wish you the best of luck in finding your ideal quiet spot. And *chuckles*, I doubt camping would hurt, unless you have a food shortage or get poked by a hungry four legged animal

Hmm i think it's a bit more complicated than that... For now, in essence, there is nothing wrong.. I have a 3D scene in Flash (ActionScript3 + Away3D) - a scene, the camera, an orb, a light source - in front of a regular 2D environment. The orb can be rotated, however it's the camera that rotates around it, not the orb itself, so the light source seems to move thanks to that. I need to make the light source stay put. I have found a short sample code that does exactly that but i don't know how to modify it and where to put it to make it work. I can't even begin, i don't really understand the mechanics behind this sort of coding, i just followed a tutorial to make it. /facepalm
