A gift I did for my mom back in 2012 at some point, just forgot to upload for the longest time!~
~here's what it looks like under a black light! Highlighters are too fun 
I used a loose reference on Google for the unicorn rearing up, but I don't remember what D:
materials: prisma pen and highlighters on Strathmore drawing paper

Certain types might not, and I've found some glow brighter than others 
my favorites are just the Sharpie Accent liquid highlighter
