It's hard to point just one source...I live in Europe, so pre-war architecture is definitely one of them... I've also spent quite a bit of time playing classic RPG games,and I'm pretty sure the style of art is present in my works,too...I'm also lucky to live near a huge forest,I'm pretty sure it makes an impact as well.

There may be other things,but these are the ones that come to my mind immediately.
