I finally got round to designing this! 
This is Rena's super form, Rebellious Rena. She has only ever been able to access this form when protecting those whom she loves, but she does not require the Chaos Emeralds. The trigger is within her pendant... but I won't go into detail about that just yet...
Jeez those wings take forever... the whole thing must have taken me at least... 5 hours? ... I wasn't really counting - I was laughing at my bf and my friend failing at Tony Hawks Underground 2.
