First off, the reason why the moon exploded is because of the fucking songs. Blame Pilz-e! XP If you don't know who I'm talking about, look him up under Foamy the Squirrel in a Google search.

Anyway, back to the actual picture... I am very proud of how this turned out. I think I found my style for wolves. I had to look up many different tutorials for this one, including one by on painting wolf fur: fav.me/d3ixun9

Other than tutorials, I used no reference for this picture. This painting means a lot to me, since I used to draw a picture like this when I was 10 years old, but I changed it (I used to draw a wolf howling at the full planet alignment. I know that there are no planets or any space background, but it still inspired me to do this piece.)

I painted this with Adobe Photoshop CS5. I found that the blur tool is my best friend when it comes to wolf fur =3

Now, I'm going to rest and think about what sort of picture I need to draw for the contest hosted by to draw her OC. I think I have an idea for what I want to do, but it will take me probably almost a week to do it >.<'
