Darksiders is a bit of a weird one for me, I'd heard a lot about the art style of the game being somewhat divisive and having played it I can see why. I'm planning on doing a re-deign of War at some point for a character design exercise so I'll go into it in detail there, but the short version is that I find his design distractingly bad, and this is coming from someone who likes the designs in the Warhammer 40k universe (pretty much the home of weird, over-the-top design).

The actual game-play is fine (although Snipe may disagree) but Daymn there's some dodgy art design going on there. On the plus side, it does contain Mark Hamill, which is always cool.
