And I don't think it needs a mature warning because it's just a kiss and only the dude's torso is visible;D Or at least that's how it usually goes on dA, but if someone decides to report this then pretty much any kind of reason can make the admins delete your pic and tell you it didn't have the warning... I once saw a case where a picture was deleted because of "underage nudity" when in reality the only thing showing in the pic was the kids' SHOULDERS. So yeah.

Hmm I actually haven't thought that far yetxD I mean, those magic circles are the barriers themselves. They are glowing with the colour of his element (also making the barrier look like it really is cold ice which would cause frostbites if touched with bare hands) and I think there could be some very small particles of ice flowing in the air from the barriers (kinda looking like sparkles instead of pieces of solid icexD). And since it's not really that much fleshed out yet for the story I'll give you free hands and all the artistic freedom you want when colouring the picturexD Surprise me
