How did you made it? I would say you used fractalius but i never seen an epic picture like that coming out from it.

Haha you bet! It's fractalius, But I also used other post techniques to make it look more computerised, .
I used flash and trace bitmap and topas clean to make it look more rendery, the bits coming off the owl I painted in digitally
