Description
The Garou believe heavily in the impact of the Moon's phase on their people, and each Lycan's soul is linked by an Elder to a phase of the moon. The rarest of all Moonsouls is that of the New Moon. Those who identify with it are often more cunning and prone to being loners than the rest, as their kind is in short supply. Often, Luna gives the gift of Elemental Affinity to a New Moon by allowing them to have some amount of power over an earthen element.

Here is my character, She-Who-Wields-The-Wind's-Song (Wielder), standing under her respective Moon. As if her name didn't give it away, she has the power to control the wind.
