Description ...and don't say too much.

I'm proud of the fact that I grew up watching old John Wayne movies on Saturday mornings as much if not more than I did cartoons. Seemed the only time I ever got along with my Old Man was when we were watching Rooster Cogburn or Chisholm.

I don't give a damn what any of you folks say, John Wayne kicked ass...and I'm gonna help Dennis Leary raise him from the dead.

Done with copics on Paris paper (thanks for the info ).

John Wayne is the best. Haha He's one of my favorite actors. I loved watching his western movies, he looked so good in a cowboy hat. I also love the movie "Hell fighters." Awesome movie.

Oh, man... thank you for bringing back so many childhood memories! I can't help but ask... what was your favorite?

Mine was always Hatari... although, I'm ashamed to say I can't remember it's name, when he was a texas oil man putting out well fires was my second favorite.

He just had a way of delivering his lines that... I don't really think many people can replicate.

OMG, the color is just so rich!! Copics have such amazing capabilities (wishes she had some) But seriously, your concept of light and shading really blow me away in this piece!! You have an amazing talent with markers. I can't stop staring at the piece. I bet it looks even more spectacular in person. Amazing work for sure!

I love old time movies, i don't think i have ever seen a John Wayne one yet. This is amazing, and a great tribute to him. It'd be awesome to see one of Robert Redford as Jeremiah Johnson or Gene Kelly mmmmmmm oh the greats!

Truth. All of it, is the truth.

My Grandad had like every John Wayne film/movie ever. To him, John Wayne was God himself. So I grew up watching a lot of his films.

dude I'm gonna join up with you on that. Watching John Wayne movies was the only time my dad shut up and we had something to sit in silence about (he was an annoying talker >< ). It was like he was listening to me without me saying anything. I love that old Wayne. Good to see some art of him!
