Description
Here in the plains of Kenya, we see an east African lioness stalking a Grant's zebra. She has her fellow lionesses from her pride to hunt down a zebra herd. Lions are the only felines that can hunt in a group, but only females can do most of the hunting. Zebras only have black and white stripes to blend in into each other, thus making lions and other predators very hard to see them. Good thing for the lionesses that they hide down in tall grass to avoid being seen by their prey. When timing is right, the lionesses will spring into action as they hunt some zebras.
