Because Dante is always poor guy.

I saw the ending a while ago, with him kicking the door down and blasting off bullets, I was thinking of how unfortunate are his neighbors.
Neighbor: "Geez, who kicks down their own door? oh well- WHAT!? Why are there bullet holes on my house?! Dammit DANTE! I need to move..."
If only they added that last bit in there for laughs.

Lady and Trish should shoot him but in the other games Dante's Door is always busted down either by demons, Trish or himself and he manages to get it fixed which is still a mystery though trish probably makes him
