In the new Ninja Turtles episode: When Worlds Collide, The Newtralizer returns, and he becomes more powerful than ever because he gained electrical powers after he survived the explosion from the Season 2 episode: Newtralized! I loved the new episode a lot, it was really cool, action packed, heartwarming and my favorite characters returned. (Mona Lisa, Sal Commander, and Newtralizer) Newtralizer is really cool and awesome. He's one of my favorite bad guys. A few years ago, I read that he was going to be an ally of the turtles, but this was proven false. I was really disappointed about this, but after Mona Lisa and Sal Commander come, I got over and accepted it. I made this after watching the new episode.Newtralizer and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is owned by Nickelodeon.

I've read saying he was an ally of the turtles but that was on the toy's bio so this could have been an error before his animated debut cuz I think this short of thing happens all the time.
