Description I’m from darkness
        From anger, from hatred
I’m from slaps that resound in the darkness
        From blood on her teeth, on her hands
I’m from her breaking point
        A million miles from sanity
I’m from a father who was never there
        And a mother who never seemed to care
I’m from ‘You’ll never be anything, never do anything!’
        And ‘…stupid, worthless child!’
I’m from a temper she learned to control
        And fear that she never could
But above all else, I am from one thing:

        Knowing there was something better
        Knowing there was something more

Thank you so much! I'm glad you like it. It's about one of my -characters-. She's a fragment of a larger character, and she is the embodiment of that character's hatred, rage, and fear. But she still knows how to love, she's just afraid to get hurt.
