As you can see for the picture, this "Heroine" is highly accurate and well sculpt. No funny vibes coming out from this one that makes one say "hm..but it doesnt look quite like Lunamaria". Nope, its perfect. Even the colors are right. ^^ At least for what i could see in images of the show, i never watched an actual episode of Gundam Seed. ^^'
The only articulation, that i showed in the photos, is that ability of the head to rotate. In this case its kinda cool, there are other gashapons who have their eyes staring at left or right or up and when you move the head to pose the figure, it looks odd since its looking other way. :S But since Luna is looking straight, moving her head is good to pose the figure in different angle.
About the skirtless version: this gotta be an odd case. I got Tifa figures, Kanus, Ryomous, a Mikuru, an Athena, one Izumi and a Kos-Mos. And all of them have white panties. Yeh, i know i am talking about pvc painted panties. XD But Luna has BLUE!!! XD It had to happen one day. I dont count Meer's because she wears a sort of purple and white swimsuit.
