Yes, we cruised around it. I didn't do the tour of the island.

They don't do public tours of that island, do they? Or is it treated like a regular cemetery?

There are guided public tours. The boat does a lap of the harbour and island, and those who've booked for the island tour get off and are picked up by the next boat tour.
