Description Yuss, well I've been drawing dear Monty in a couple silly, rather playful pictures lately and I must say that it's ruffled his fur a bit. He wants you all to know his... true nature.

Can you please tell me how you made this awesome piece?! I've tried to do stuff with pen, but they never come out anywhere close to this. I'm totally lost and it'd be nice to know some of your techniques for pen drawing.

I'm sorry, I have no set technique for pen drawings. I usually start off with a rough pencil sketch then just go nuts with a ballpoint pen.

And I honestly don't remember what references I used for this picture since it was so long ago. I do know I wanted French/medieval looking buildings so it might very well have been Notre Dame.

If you were to offer these sorts for commision, what would they cost? :3 Would they be a bit too much trouble on your poor wrist?

Hmm, it probably depends on the size of the picture and if there was to be a BG or not. I've never considered offering them for commission before... It's definitely something I'd do though and its nice and different then my norm.

I is getting trade ideas, yush. Just in case what you choose doesn't add up to the value of an ink-and-colour, (though I will do my very best to pay for the rest of the value if this is the case), what an A4 of this type with background be worth? :3

With ball points, you can put less pressure onto the lighting, and for the shading, use a whole lot more pressure, and more pen ink on it. I find it easy, but when I mess up, I can't erase...
