Wow, what a contrast between this photo and the previous one (of the Blue Mountains)! These colors truly add warmth and serenity to the shot. And I love the reflection of the brightening sky on the leaves of the trees in the foreground! Your keen eye for scenes such as this one makes your shots all the more interesting, Warren!

I took the photo about 10 minutes before sunrise. I'm surprised at how well the shot turned out.
Normally I'm not into sunrises, its too dangerous walking along cliff tops in the dark.

The photo was taken 10 minutes before sunrise. I shot the image on RAW format and when processed as a HDR image on Photomatix Pro 3, I set the colour balance to 'midway' this is the result.

The colour is totally crazy even for a before sunrise exposure.
Normally the Blue Mountains don't hand to a photographer any other colour than the hues and tones of blues.
I'll post a few more shots from the plateau. I hope you like blue.
