Here's a Picture I just made for my OC, "Pokemon Quest" and this is where Jessica's Popplio was making a Bubble Balloon for Emily to flowed on, just like Lana's Primarina as a Popplio did for their Classmates and their Pokemon too and Emily thought it was great fun and her Eevee (Nickname: Vivi) always wanted to have a turn.\\

Also, the Artwork of Emily riding the Bubble Balloon was mainly made by MooseStudio because he made this for me at first till it suddenly gave me an idea for this to make and I did ask him, and he did allow me to use it for as long as I credit to him, so I will share the idea with him
