I'm going to be honest, this probably deserves to go into scraps but so does like 90% of everything I draw so I don't care that much. So I flipped on SAI and I wanted to practice some colors and lighting. But I had to draw lineart, so I tried to draw something off the top of my head as quickly as possible (though this is my character soldat, I just went with a randomly new design for the hell of it). Like half an hour passed and I was bored because I hadn't started on my goal yet so I went 'fuck this' and thus amputated arms. And then I went about the shiny and shading. I'm kinda proud of the shiny parts. I should try this again more seriously in the future.

PS Subconsciously I drew Gundam Wing Zero's wings.
