Love the overlap from one part of the body to the joint directly beneath. Creates a cascade of blubber, breaking up the original shape of the figure in a realistic fashion. Swollen like a sausage casing is nice but it's not how the skin looks typically. Here instead there's a plush softness. And the joints locking up to make it clear how little she can move is a personal favorite.
