Sorry I'm just getting back to you now on this. I played XIV v 1.0 all the way to the end. Got all my battle jobs up to 50 and have pretty pimp gear for them all, both GC and AF. I played Beta phase one pretty heavily for the first two weekends on Ultros and decided "Yeah, this is going to be fantastic but I'm tired of this faker. I want my real character back!' I gave up on phase one after two weekends. I tried Phase 2 for a few hours to tool around with the gamepad controls and really liked the remapping application. I am definitely going to be playing ARR, me and Kiela both, and at present our characters are on Excalibur. Hopefully, when we get them back we won't have to relocate. If you don't have a support group on your present server, come join us. We'd love to play with you again. Eirwen is on my server as well, and we have lots of fun^^
