i would put this in scraps, but i think it's finished enough. just kinda trying to get an idea of how i wanna draw mw prime for something else i'm doing. (just a pin-up sorta thingie). i played around with a couple of design aspects... leaving the head and some other parts just like the toy just makes him a g2 thunderclash (ok...so maybe he was just a repainted g2 thunderclash...but that's not the point).anyways... yeah. been pecking away at this for a couple of weeks.

That and I owned a Thunderclash, but never an MW Prime. 
ANYways... I still adore this. ^^ Imo this mold never got enough love... :\ Here's to hoping you give it inks and some colors one day. ^_^ Of course that means you HAVE to do both MW Prima AND G2 Thunderclash.

Should have given him a faceplate like the "proper" Prime. But I mean it was a toy which i used to have a loooooong time ago

i dunno... i kinda liked him without a faceplate. he looked like a young rebel prime that way. ^^
the boxart did have him with a faceplate though... mostly only because the boxart was just a repainted/photoshopped version of g2 laser prime.

As a big fan of the look of Thunderclash/MW Prime I have to say you've done an excellent job here Will.

Sure, his normal mode was kinda weak, but his various combined forms (super mode, star saber, omega) were adequately awesome...

i think it's just that i usually have a hard time with it... having my wife help out is a good thing though. i'll get a comment everyonce and awhile like "shouldn't that be ya know...red instead of purple?"
