Necro!Scissors is a meta-human that can manipulate/effect cloth. She makes costumes for meta-humans that stretch more, take more damage, and have no seams. Capes that flutter in the lightest breaze, but don't tear if you look at them. That kind of thing. Think Edna crossed with that guy from batman, with a bunch of Sandry from the Circile of Magic books. She's neutral, since she knows villans would wear costumes

Narcissus wants to go to a Renfaire. He's really happy about this idea. He's got his costume on already and everything!

Aquaruim!Cyan brushing the girl!Bitey's har, having distracted her with a large rawhide chew bone. I can think of parents who would love that kind of trick.
