Description A drawing I did for my best friend and co-pirate forever. Jack Sparrow and Will Turner, two brothers if not really in blood then at least in their hearts. 

I always have loved and will love you! <3

Also for all the Pirates of the Caribbean fans out there. 

Crayons on paper card, took me around 15 hours.

All rights belong to the Walt Disney Company of course and to Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom.

This is amazing! You have clearly put an incredible amount of time and effort into this. The details of the hand placements, and the belts, and the feather on Will's hat; they are outstanding.

 

I would just say that perhaps the right-side of Sparrow's face could be more sharply-defined, but it depends whether you wanted to portray a shadowy feel to him, which I'm certainly sensing.

Thank you so much for all those kind words and compliments! I'm just so glad that someone actually loves the drawing that much, though many details got a bit lost due to the scanning. It really was a lot of effort


It's true. For me this bright and dark structure of Sparrow's face shows his kind of torn personality between being the self-involved pirate and being the brother-like friend. Though of course the original drawing is a bit more detailed than that
