Description There were a string of bad storms last summer while I was in North Carolina's Outer Banks. I was just happening to be leaving a store when I looked across the water and saw this baby. It formed right alongside the bridge that connects the OBX to the mainland, and I happened to have a camera with me.

It's rare to see stuff like tornadoes (or waterspouts, for that matter) when you're living in Jersey. So I thought this was awesome.
