Another tons-of-feather-layers mask :0 This one with real feathers, too! This was a commission for someone who wanted a fantasy-twinged harpy eagle mask.Hand-carved and shaped 7-oz leather, hand painted with acrylics. The rear-most layer of leather feathers are 4-oz, and the feathers behind those are real feathers.

May i please ask, how much would it cost to buy a Harpy Eagle mask like this one?
Because it's absolutely stunning. And if i can afford it, i may buy it and wear it to a dance if there is a Harpy eagle necklace you have made. c:

This mask is $180, and I have made a harpy eagle necklace in the past - windfalcon.deviantart.com/art/… My standard wing necklaces (3.5 inches per wing) are $85, though that particular necklace is bigger, and thus is $100, but I could make it smaller if you'd like.

Most wild bird feathers are illegal to own in the U.S. However, domestic and exotic feathers are legal. The feathers used on this mask are domestic goose feathers, thus legal to own.

Every time I see a new mask, I'm am just blown away! They're so detailed and realistic, and it's a mask! lol AND it's all leather. That's the part that gets me. Before I discovered you, I never could imagine stuff like this could be done with leather

Ohhh now this one just POPS! All your masks are gorgeous, but something about the details and color scheme of this one is just magical! I really like the slim white outline at the tip of every feather. It really adds a nice buffet of detail and flourish of swirls that give it a nice fantasy touch without going overboard. One of your best yet!
