OMG, DRAWING THIS ON SAI FOR 5 HRS MADE ME REALIZE SOMETHING.I S-U-C-K AT CGING. omg. it actually came out better than i had hoped, since it was so bad before (also my tablet wasn't working right) i almost gave up on it.
I SUCK BIGTIME

1. okie look up brushes u like on dA.
2.next to the brushes where u can fav and stuff look for the download button.
3. save somewhere you can find the file.
4. move the file to computer>local disk> program files> adobe> photoshop elements> presets> and then brushes.
and ur done XD hopefully that helped and didnt confuse u more >.<
