How did you get the tail like that? I've tried doing a ghost before, and I can never get the tail right so I just go and make something else lol

It involved a lot of twisting as I wound to get that curve. I took a look at your gallery and it looks like you make every limb separately and then stitch them together?
If you try and make the doll as a whole piece (starting with a base frame that includes all limbs rather than doing them individually), you should find it a lot easier for it to hold that tail shape that you want because the rest of the body will hold it in place as you wind up tightly. I'm not sure if this is helping much since I have no pictures to illustrate what I'm saying. Maybe I'll make a tutorial one day... but I'm not very good at that sort of thing.
But definitely don't give up. All my dolls are the results of experiments. So just keep on trying different ways until you get it. I say definitely try doing a doll as one piece rather than as separate parts; it'll make things much easier.

Alright, I get what you are saying, and yes, I use to stitch the limbs together piece by piece, but I am going to take your advice it seems a lot easier.

Lol, we got so lost in city hall. There wasn't anyone in the office...but then we walked to Washington Square in the pouring rain to say our vows. :-p

Nah, it was raining too hard, and Erika's umbrella was too tiny--I got soaked!

Aww, man. Keep warm and get plenty of rest, so that you're all good and healthy by Y-Con time.
lol, did they make you walk to Washington Square or was that where you guys wanted to do your vows? Cuz that's quite a walk from City Hall to Washington Square...

It was kind of a spur-of-the-moment thing. We went to some Indian restaurant after City Hall, where we filled out the paperwork...Then Greg thought it would be sweet to exchange rings in a park or under a gazebo, but we didn't know where to find the latter. It wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't rained.

Lol, yeah we were gonna take 'em off and then put them back on, kinda act like it was the first time.
I'll put a pic of the ring on facebook this weekend, and of course I'll show you the real thing next time I see you. ^__^

Thanks! Nice to hear some feedback, 'cuz I was thinking it looked a bit plain. And I was going to try to lower the arms a bit, too!
