Description Yay I drew Inu Yasha! This is my first try at Inu Yasha fanart. My BoyFriend suggested I add Kilala hanging from the sword so I did and I like how it came out.

Enjoy.

Edited: Ok just for the record I know its Kirara and that it was translated to Kilala. I use both names all the time and frankly I don't think its a big deal, to the best of my knowladge L's and R's get mix up in translations all the time depending of the words. Truthfully I don't like it when names are translated right and then just said wrong by the american voice actor, but just changing the name doesn't bother me that much a bit sometimes but most times not at all, and in the case of the Kirara vs. Kilala it doesn't bother me at all. So if you are going to comment on this picture please let it be about the picture and not my choice of saying Kilala vs. Kirara for this one description.

Well, you do realize that Ls are sometimes pronounced as an R sound. The L sound is not commonplace in the japanese language, so it has to me emulated as closely as possible with more familiar sounds. I.E: Luke becomes Ruke, Luna becomes Runa. So its only logical that this possibly falls under the same situation. Though, this is no where near a constant rule, seeing as there are many names that contain Rs that should not be interpreted as Ls. This is only my understanding using my limited knowledge of the japanese language. (very limited)
