You see I made a few changes, all basically done with Photoshop, and I recolored it. I also decided to try something new with it, an experiment. I tried to give the effect of slight light hair on the arms. I know Anime girls don't usually have hair on their arms, even light hair, but it's relevant to my interests

Whenever I try to make a detailed drawing of someone holding a pencil I just end up hitting myself on then head... repeatedly
