i orginally submitted two others for our school's literary magazine cover contest, but because those were considered "not appropriate", i had to draw this instead.it was used for the cover, but most of it was cropped out, and stretched out.
this is the full, and i think the best, version.
i used sharpies for outlining and words, and watercolor pencils for the coloring.

Ha. The Literary Magazine is still rotting on my bookshelf. It's only there cuz I thought your cover art was pretty nice.......but this looks a bit different.

yes, the cover cut out quite a bit.. mostly formatting problems, so they decided to just crop it.
