Description
Though I’ve subsequently realized “a page of the Seer’s Orb” would also be accurate. I started out just wanting to draw random characters like the Zelda one, but ended up with characters that all appear in “the Seer’s Orb,” a story I’ve been writing (not so much these days) with ~fairytaledreams . Speaking of which, the quartet at bottom left are hers. Starting from the top and going clockwise they are: Aami, Naku, Rei, and Tali. Their colors aren’t quite what they should be… because I had already started working on this when I asked for clarification. And I always draw Tali younger looking than I think he should be. Bah.
The rest of the characters are, starting right of Aami and going counterclockwise: Millie Van, Proteus Fin, (more commonly known as Fin or Finny if you’re Morta) Biato the glassmith, Verro the musician, Donovan the thief, Gillion the sailor, (though I affectionately refer to him as “the romantic”) the tavern keeper, Michael, a merchant sailor with an extremely small role in the story but present nonetheless, and the Key, who I think I made a name for but I can’t remember it right now. In the center are Fasson, Wimsey, and Morta, who some of you who’ve been with me for a while will probably have recognized.
This is probably the second time ever that I have attempted to draw Michael.
Behold my simplistic monochromatic suggestions of backgrounds or something!
Things I noticed after I was done: Morta’s boys (the aforementioned quartet) are totally wearing Avatar nation colors. Lulz. Also I inadvertently colored Biato like Tulio. HA.
God knows why I colored this. I’m sure it would’ve looked better in black and white.
Tali’s hair is so much shinier than it needs to be.

Note: I swear to you, the colors were more vivid in Photoshop. And I have yet to figure out how to adjust them so they look right out of Photoshop. Bah.
