Description
There's this festival that we celebrate in Singapore known as the Dragon Boat Festival. Basically, a team of people will row a boat which is shaped like the chinese dragon.

Anyways, that festival was the very thing that lead to this drawing.

Of course the kanto/johto league people will be going for a dragonite boat (for obvious reasons-->LANCE) Agatha isn't here because well, you don't often see older people rowing a boat about. Lance is happy of course because his team was the fastest. Bruno is rowing happily, Lorelei's wondering why is she here, Karen's complaining to will who kinda shrugged off the whole thing. And Koga is wondering why he has to row a boat when Agatha doesnt (sorry Koga, you aren't old enough!)

The Hoenn league people are in a flygon boat on the request of the guy who sponsored the making of this boat (ground-dragon is probably the closest you can get to steven's team since he doesn't have a dragon type pokemon) Drake's quite devastated because his team's the slowest (drake's kinda old too, but hey, he look so I-am-a-ship captain-ish that I had to include him) Wallace and Steven are having a good time relaxing and chatting (Drake:Hello? Paddle faster please?) while phoebe 's just having fun. Glacia doesn't like this but she doesn't complain. Sidney is grumbling because he want to play his guitar instead.

For the sinnoh league, garchomp was the obvious choice. Cynthia's facing Lucian, because she wanna make sure that he doesn't skive off and stop paddling to read his books. Flint is just hyper whille Aron's encouraging his Vespiquen. (pokemon help is allowed because they are two people short Bertha's not there (same reason as Agatha)
