Really love this... a lot! Is it possible if I can use it on my profile, somewhere online? With credits to you, of course.

Pretty good work, dude! People usually use vector to trace there own sketches or something, not usually to trace photos, but i can see what your getting at.. I love this pic though, it reminds me of Automodolista.

yea i agree about vectoring as a form of tracing, never done it before. but i will say that vectoring makes some pretty good looking pieces. kinda like the semi cartoony feel. love FCs and this pic is awesome

Looks good, adjust the hood a bit, and the wheels, and it'd be alot better. Only thing I dislike are the 99 spec corner markers.

Is this your first vector attempt? This looks awesome. I do have to ask about the wheels also. They just looked cocked out funny compared to the way the car is sitting. Other than that it looks fantastic.

Lex-DT In reply to GamblersChoice [2006-11-11 04:00:15 +0000 UTC]

The cocked wheels, that's negative camber, helps cornering ect. Also is used to fit on larger wheels on VIP (PIMP) cars, so you can fit them under your guards without the tires rubbing the guards! Most race cars have some type of camber adjustment, depending on the drivers preferences, if you look it up you can see -camber on most touring cars, F1 and drift cars!

Sorry for the essay!

cityofthesouth [2006-11-09 18:17:13 +0000 UTC]

why not hand draw the car, scan it, color via vector and feel more comfortable because it's clear that you're good at it. are the wheels supposed to be cocked out?

Lex-DT In reply to cityofthesouth [2006-11-11 04:03:00 +0000 UTC]

Yeah as menstioned above It's probabbly meant to be like that, as it is negative camber. Not the most advisable set-up on the street though, due to inconsitant tire wear.

Sorry for the essay!
